Edit: sorry, I was confused by what the mobile app has shown me. Now, I am checking it through the web interface, henceforth some updates.

I have noticed, that:

• the toot that has started this whole thread has been removed;
• I have been removed from following the account.

I've been blocked by the account.

So, my interpretation of those two this fact is that the whole communication from this account is an attempt to just cover up the fuckup, instead of being accountable for their actions.

Until proved otherwise, by their action, I will consider KDE as nazi bar.

In the immortal words of Abed:

PS. I am not banned by the account. So, in theory, I can refollow it. But I consider this action of the account holder as a revoke of consent, and I will respect it. But if the account holder will change their decision, I expect the explicite consent to be granted before following the account again.

Should you care about about Brotli compression? According to the folks at the PDF Association, you should, as it improves compression ratios in PDFs up to 60%* of what zlib can do—zlib being the current compression algorithm.

Brotli compression is on its way to Poppler. It will be available for #Okular, #Evince #Papers and #KDE and #GNOME in general.

Robię szybki test / przegląd "grania na linux" dla syna sąsiada: "Linux jest ok, ale czy będę mógł pograć w ulubione gry?"

Zainstalowałem Steam, śmiga. Gry "na windows" też. Starsze tytuły również.

Co jeszcze doinstalować / sprawdzić, by maszyna z KDE Plasma odpalała to co maszyny Windowsowe?

Jeśli chodzi o porady sprzętowe, to mniej mi zależy na nich, ale też chętnie poczytam.

Testy robię na starszym ale mocnym lapku i7 z dwiema kartami gpu: intel dla elektro-oszczędności i nvidia do gier. Nie celujemy w najnowsze tytuły wymagające super mocnych bebechów.
